What is Bogblocker? (Description of Website)

Bogblocker.com is a lighthearted website providing lighthearted entertainment. Boglocker.com may be used as a communication tool to send humorous and lighthearted messages to other people with internet and email access. Bogblocker.com is not here to be used as a tool to insult, disrespect, incriminate or upset anybody, if that is your intention; we suggest you don’t use the Website.

You Agree

1. You use Bogblocker.com at your own risk. Bogblocker.com disclaims all warranties and other terms of any kind, weather expressed or implied, including, but not limited to any implied term or service, satisfaction of quality and any term as to non-infingement of any intellectual property right.
2. Bogblocker.com makes no warranty or representation that Bogblocker.com meets with your needs, the web site will be un-obtainable, secure, error free, accurate or reliable.
3. Any material or information obtained through the use of Bogblocker.com is done so at your own risk and discretion.

1. You do not need to register with Bogblocker.com to use the e-card service.
2. You must register with Everyone.net to use the email service offered by Everyone.net. Bogblocker.com has no control over the content of the Everyone.net email service, linked sites, services or third parties outside of Everyone.net. In accepting these terms and conditions you acknowledge and agree that Bogblocker is not responsible or liable for the content, standard of service, lack of service, advertising, material presented or products offered on Everyone.net or linked sites, services or third parties outside of Everyone.net.

Adult Supervision

While we believe that the content of the Bogblocker.com website is lighthearted, we feel that it is the responsibility of any parent or legal guardian to moderate and/or supervise access by your child or a child within your care to the Bogblocker.com website. The website and service is designed to appeal to a large audience. As legal guardian, it is your responsibility to determine weather Bogblocker.com is appropriate for your child. You agree to this by allowing your child or a child within your care to the Bogblocker.com website.

Third party links

You may find links on Bogblocker.com to external and/or third parties, other Web Sites and other resources. Bogblocker has no control over the content of externally linked sites outside of the Bogblocker.com (.net and .co.uk) domain. Copyright

Please respect out intellectual property rights as we do everyone elses. Bogblocker.com may persue legal action again anyone infringing out intellectual property rights if we see fit. Bogblocker.com retains the right to authorise any investigation into the bogblocker.com log files and server information to persue such legal action.

You may not

Reproduce, modify, display, distribute, republish, transmit, any part of the Bogblocker.com website including all media, content, images, advertising, products, materials, paraphernalia or resources directly associated with Bogblocker.com without prior permission. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us at Bogblocker.com as is our own.

What information does Bogblocker.com hold and for how long?

1. Bogblocker.com collects both the sender and recipient names and email addresses when an Ecard is sent.
2. This information if securely stored for twenty eight days following the send date of an E-card. On the twenty eight day this information will irretrievably be purged from the Bogblocker.com server.
3. Both the sender and recipient names and email addresses are presented to both the sender and recipient on receipt of an E-card being sent in the form of email notifications. It is completely the sender and recipients responsibility to keep these emails secure.
4. If cookies are enabled within an E-card senders browser, then the senders name and email address will be retained to auto populate the “from name” and “from email” fields on the Bogblocker.com card edit page to save time sending more E-cards. It is the responsibility of the sender to remove this cookie if so desired after an E-card has been sent.

Information access

1. Bogblocker.com will never rent, sell or give your personaly identifiable information to anyone unless a situation occurs which refers to section 2 below.
2. Bogblocker.com will send personally identifiable information about you to external sources if:
   1. We are required to by law, court order, legal process or significant authority. (If the Police knock on our door, we´ll invite them in and give them a cup of tea).
   2. We find that you have seriously violated out terms and conditions, copyright rights.
